Terms and Conditions for Sales and Auction website and Software Use

  • The Zaffoo system and its associated services are provided by Zorille Ltd. All users of the Zaffoo system agree to abide by the terms and conditions.
  • Zorille Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where the Account Holder is in breach of these terms and conditions. Your use of the ZAFFOO system indicates your acceptance of these Terms and conditions.
  • The account holder agrees to provide full and accurate details as required for signing up for a Zaffoo account. The account holder agrees to update the account information as and when required.
  • Your use of the Zaffoo system in no way infers any kind of partnering agreement or association over and above the provision of website and associated services.
  • Zorille Ltd endeavour through our verification system to confirm correct details of bidders and buyers but Zaffoo and Zorille Ltd offer no guarantee as to provision of correct details for online and proxy bids – you should verify details as provided by the Zaffoo system.
  • Zaffoo and Zorille Ltd operates under a fair usage policy whereby it reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions and costs of usage depending upon system usage parameters. Product listing is currently limited to 150 Products.
  • Zorille Ltd reserve the right to change the fee value or structure at any time, Zaffoo Account holders will be informed of these updates a minimum of thirty days prior to the change becoming effective.
  • Zorille Ltd is not currently registered for VAT but reserves the right to add VAT and charge users at the prevailing rate.
  • The prices of all items must be inclusive of VAT (where VAT is applicable), unless otherwise stated.
  • ZAFFOO Accounts are to be used only by the Account Holder or their staff. Account Holders will ensure that their employees abide by the ZAFFOO Terms and Conditions.
  • Each ZAFFOO Account may only be used with a single website.
  • ZAFFOO reserves the right to feed all products as required from the account holders website to the main ZAFFOOCOMPARE website and other sales websites.
  • The account holder is to fairly represent all goods to be sold or auctioned, any photograph which is only a representation is to be stated as such in the item description.
  • Account holders are to allow ten days for payment of auction winning bids both proxy and online or as stated in the sellers terms and conditions; sale items should receive immediate payment.
  • Terms and conditions are to be provided by the sellers, stating terms and conditions of business and transactions. www.zaffoocompare.co.uk terms and conditions may be referenced as required and should be utilised for conformity. The account holder is to be conversant with the terms and conditions on both www.zaffoocompare.co.uk and www.zaffoo.co.uk.
  • All copyright, trade marks and other intellectual property rights both registered and unregistered on the Zaffoo system or contained within the Zaffoo system shall remain in the ownership of Zorille Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, decompiled or otherwise modified or utilised for any reason other than as intended and agreed by Zorille Ltd.
  • Zorille Ltd prohibits the use of the Zaffoo system for illegal or offensive reasons, Zorille Ltd reserves the right to decide which material is considered offensive.
  • Zaffoo Account Holders may stop using the Zaffoo system at any time by giving 30 days notice. If an Account Holder no longer requires their Zaffoo Account, the Account Holder must notify Zorille Ltd by email or in writing to the Registered Office address appearing below that the Zaffoo Account is no longer required.
  • The minimum billing period is six months. Payments will be collected until such time as the Account Holder requests cancellation plus the notice period. No refunds will be made for unused parts of a billing period. No refunds will be made for terminations due to breach of the Zaffoo Terms and Conditions. Non-payment will result in the cancellation of services at the discretion of Zorille ltd.
  • Zorille Ltd prohibits the sending of unsolicited bulk email (spam). Zorille Ltd will cancel any Zaffoo Account without refund and without notice for which the account holder has sent unsolicited bulk mail (spam).
  • Zorille Ltd reserve the right to review email traffic with a view to establishing whether Spam has been propagated, reviewing will be carried out after informing the Zaffoo account holder of the process.
  • Zorille Ltd makes no warranty or waranties as to performance, quality, suitability for task or any other warranties whether expressed or implied with regard to the Zaffoo system.
  • Zorille Ltd make no warranty that the use of the Zaffoo system service will be uninterrupted, secure, or problem free.
  • You understand and agree that Zorille Ltd and it's employees will not be liable for any damages, including loss of any kind resulting from the use of the services or inability to use those services, nor shall Zorille Ltd be liable for any costs resulting from or relating to use of the services or inability to use those services.
  • By joining or signing up to use the Zaffoo system you agree not to pursue Zorille Ltd for any costs or damages for whatever reason related or unrelated to using or the use of the Zaffoo system or for any other reason.
  • Zorille Ltd and it's employees will not be liable for any damages subject to non-payment by bidders or purchasers.
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and come under the Jurisdiction of the Legal system of England and Wales.
